Refund Policy

Due to the nature of the product, we do not offer returns or exchanges on our products. This is to ensure the cleanliness and safety of both the customer and the seller. 

However, we do want every customer to feel satisfied with their order! In the case of an unsatisfied order please email us at honeykcollection@gmail.com so that we may come up with a solution to the issue.  

In the case that the item is damaged or defective, please email us at honeykcollection@gmail.com and include your full name, order number, and photos of the product. Damaged or defective items must be addressed within 14 days from the day that it was purchased.
